About The Position

The Imaging Supervisor provides operational and clinical leadership for X-ray and OR Imaging services, ensuring exceptional patient care, efficient workflows, and consistently high-quality diagnostic imaging. This hands-on leader oversees daily operations, makes frontline decisions, and works closely with providers, surgical teams, and multidisciplinary partners to ensure imaging services are safe, timely, reliable, and responsive to patient and clinical needs. The Supervisor leads and supports imaging staff through effective scheduling, staffing and resource allocation, competency oversight, coaching, and performance development. This role translates system and regional priorities into meaningful site-level action, while supporting regulatory and accreditation requirements, safety standards, operational planning, and budget and capital processes. The Supervisor serves as a trusted resource for staff and clinical partners, fostering strong communication, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. By connecting frontline imaging operations with broader organizational priorities, the Imaging Supervisor helps ensure X-ray and OR Imaging remain dependable, integrated partners in delivering safe, compassionate, patient-centered care across CentraCare communities.

Requirements

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree Graduate from an accredited school of radiologic technology acceptable to the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). OR Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration.
4+ years' experience in clinical radiology patient care
1+ year of leadership experience
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) OR Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS)
Modality specific (CT, MR, Vascular, etc.) certification
