About The Position

The Corewell Health Diagnostic Imaging Team supports our mission of improved health, instilling humanity, and inspiring hope. Diagnostic Imaging is an integral part of the healthcare continuum touching millions of lives, each day, each week, each month, each year. About Lakeland Hospitals The health system comprises three hospitals, a regional cancer center, rehabilitation centers, two long-term care residences, home care and hospice services, and 34 affiliate physician practice locations. We provide both inpatient and outpatient medical services throughout Southwest Michigan. Scope of work Supervises the operations of the Corewell Health Hospitals Radiology Departments, through compliance with State, Federal and Joint Commission regulations. Plans, organizes, evaluates, controls and supervises all functions of the Radiology Department for all modalities but not limited to: Computerized Tomography (CT), Nuclear Medicine, Interventional Radiology, Diagnostic Radiology, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), PET/CT, Mammography, Ultrasound, and Support Staff. Works in collaboration with other team members and radiologists to continually improve services in support of the management team.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in a radiology/imaging modality Required.
• 3 years of relevant clinical and or leadership experience in area of specialty within Radiology Required.
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required.
• In addition, one of the following is Required upon Hire: ARDMS or AART Computerized Tomography (CT)
• AART or ARMRIT Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (MRI)
• ARDMS or ARRT Nuclear Med Technologist (N)
• NMTCB Nuclear Medicine Technologist
• ARDMS or ARRT Sonographer (S)
• ARDMS or ARRT Mammography (M)
• AART Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI)
• ARDMS or ARRT Cardio Vascular Imaging (CI)
• ARDMS or ARRT Vascular Sonographer (VS)
• ARDMS or ARRT Vascular Technologist (VT)
• ARDMS or ARRT Radiographer (R)

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in health care or related field Preferred.
