The Integrated Light Microscopy Facility (ILMF) is a supervised, user-based Shared Resource providing state-of-the-art microscopy imaging and analysis capabilities to University investigators. The job performs routine assignments related to scientific research projects. Ensures compliance of research activities with institutional, state, and federal regulatory policies, procedures, directives and mandates. Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. Writes articles, reports and manuscripts. Assists in drafting presentations on research findings. The Imaging Research Analyst I is responsible for all aspects of the Light Microscopy Core’s Whole Slide Scanning Service in addition to collaborating with the core staff and users to ensure efficient, effective use of the facility and its equipment.
