Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent in biomedical or electronics technology from college or technical school, and/or equivalent training and experience required.
- Four years imaging equipment service experience required.
- Effective English communication skills (both verbally and in writing).
- Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions.
- Advanced knowledge of imaging equipment.
- Current, valid applicable driver’s license and a driving record that meets insurance carrier requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Radiology Equipment Specialist Certification (CRES) may substitute for one year of required experience.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Certified Radiology Equipment Specialist (CRES); Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician (CBET); or Certified Laboratory Equipment Specialist (CLES) preferred.
Responsibilities
- The Imaging Service Technician III provides and documents installation, inspection, calibration, repairs, and planned maintenance of advanced imaging equipment.
