About The Position

Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks on diagnostic medical equipment or specific medical devices. Inspect, test, replace and adjust malfunctioning components and parts. Keep records of system problems and issues.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology, Electronic Technology, Imaging Service Technology, or a related field OR related military service OR three (3) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement.
• Two (2) years of demonstrated experience performing corrective and preventive maintenance on the following: General X-Ray, R&F room, C-Arms, Portables.
• Five (5) years of relevant experience if no degree is held.
• Must possess specialized training by manufacturer or third party equipment repair in high end equipment such Diagnostic Imaging.

• Certified Radiology Equipment Service (CRES)
