About The Position

This is an intern role focused on providing essential patient services within the scope of practice and in alignment with state and federal regulations, working under the direct supervision of a registered technologist to ensure clinical excellence. The intern will support high-quality diagnostic outcomes by assisting technologists and physicians with imaging procedures and precisely preparing contrast media to facilitate a seamless clinical workflow. Additionally, the intern will champion patient safety and comfort by managing clean, orderly procedure environments and assisting with physical transitions between imaging units. Accurate documentation of patient care journeys and departmental workflows is also a key responsibility to maintain high-quality medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required.

Nice To Haves

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
