Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and organized Imaging Production Coordinator to join our Imaging Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day imaging projects, managing client timelines, ensuring adherence to strict quality standards, and providing direct leadership and mentorship to department employees to drive production results.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of supervisory experience in imaging operations or a similar production-driven field.
  • Strong knowledge of imaging processes, basic project management lifecycles, and fundamental billing and invoicing workflows.
  • Proven ability in driving production, mentoring personnel, and managing external customer communication effectively.
  • A High School Diploma is required.
  • Must be willing and able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and obtain a Public Trust Clearance (restricted to US Persons).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and provide daily direction to department employees, establishing accountable production standards and cross-training staff to ensure project timelines and high-quality customer order outcomes are met.
  • Collaborate directly with customers and internal local market stakeholders through regular meetings and clear communications to proactively research and resolve issues, modifying work procedures as needed to meet customer demands.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, billing policies, and established imaging procedures, while successfully assisting with the department's invoicing processes.
