About The Position

The Imaging Clerk is responsible for the scanning, indexing and quality control of confidential documents at the Jefferson County Department of Social Services (DSS). This position will also adhere to Agency policy and procedural guidelines at the Department of Social Services. This role is for individuals with documented disabilities that would inhibit their ability to obtain and maintain normal competitive employment.

Requirements

• Document imaging and/or office experience preferred.
• Ability to operate scanners, computers and maintain quality standards.
• Ability to interact positively with agency co-workers and DSS staff.
• Ability to provide strict adherence to the confidentiality of records.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass all background clearances.
• Must have a documented disability that would inhibit their ability to obtain and maintain normal competitive employment.
