Imaging Clerk - Radiology - PRN
About The Position
This position is responsible for maintaining radiology records to facilitate access to and delivery of information. The Imaging Clerk will utilize the radiology information system to identify, loan, and track radiology records. They will coordinate record retrieval and delivery for all radiology and clinic appointments, hospital procedures, research projects, and other requested needs. Additionally, the role involves assisting with the development and implementation of departmental policies regarding the storage, delivery, and retrieval of radiology records, and performing and documenting research on missing files.
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
