Imaging Cardiologist
About The Position
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated level III imaging cardiologist to join an established, but growing regional practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Join a team of 10 physicians and 14 APPs. Practice setting: mix of outpatient clinic, imaging/reading time and inpatient rounding. Employed position within a nonprofit health system. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology. Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration. Champion the cardiac imaging program for the region (Level 3 CT, MRI). Facilitate practice growth and quality care. Collaborate with colleagues to foster a highly efficient practice model.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
- Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
- Licensed Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Florida Board of Medicine obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Board eligibility/certification in medical specialty required.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
Nice To Haves
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
