About The Position

Under direct supervision, the Advanced Imaging Assistant supports and assists the Technologist as needed, following the established policies and procedures within the Imaging environment. This role is responsible for performing a wide range of duties as assigned by the Imaging department. The ideal candidate must possess good interpersonal and communication skills and consistently follows the Corewell Health philosophy of Patient and Family Centered Care.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant experience
• 2 years’ patient care experience
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire required Or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross Upon Hire required

• Supports and assists the Technologist as needed.
• Performs a wide range of duties as assigned by the Imaging department.
• Follows established policies and procedures within the Imaging environment.
