About The Position

This role is crucial in supporting the radiology department by ensuring a smooth and patient-centered imaging experience. Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
Knowledge of customer services principles and practices
Experience using computer systems and applications, including entering data and typing.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a related position within a hospital or clinic setting.

Responsibilities

Greeting and escorting patients within the imaging department.
Verifying demographic and exam information in electronic medical records.
Preparing patients for imaging procedures, including assisting with proper attire and positioning on equipment.
Removing splints or casts when necessary.
Communicating regularly with patients and families about wait times and monitoring comfort.
Maintaining accurate use of imaging systems.
Preparing and sanitizing work areas.
Stocking rooms daily.
Collaborating closely with technologists to deliver high-quality patient care.
