Imagery Analyst Supervisor
About The Position
Everforth ECS is seeking an Image Analysis Supervisor to manage a team of Imagery Analysts working on a high-profile project designed to help develop training data for the next generation of imagery analysis artificial intelligence. This role is responsible for managing a team of Imagery Analysts tasked with analyzing, labelling, and cataloguing maritime video footage for Customs & Border Protection (CBP). The Imagery Analysis Supervisor manages deadlines, staff distribution, training schedules and job priorities. Additionally, this role will ensure that Image Analysts are properly trained, and perform high-quality labeling of images and footage, and maintain a well-organized work environment. To be considered candidates must be able to obtain a Public Trust (elevated) clearance from the Dept. of Homeland Security (DHS). This requires US Citizenship and the ability to pass a stringent background check. Note: This position is contingent upon Contract Award.
Requirements
- Must be willing and have ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance from the Dept. of Homeland Security
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years Imagery Analysis experience and demonstrated professional performance
- Be able to use a computer for 8 hours a day
- Demonstrated expertise across all imagery and footage types with ability to label objects according to a complex ontology
- Demonstrated technical proficiency and superior productivity as an Imagery Analyst
- Demonstrated leadership ability and ability to manage individuals as a Team Supervisor and Training Mentor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Imagery Analysts

- Manage staff schedule, data priorities, and ensure compliance with ECS time charging policies
