About The Position

The KLA Sensors team is looking for a dedicated electrical design engineer to join our group and contribute in the area of camera development focused on Sensor Test. The ideal candidate would be a highly motivated individual contributor that has the vision and initiative to provide technical leadership on the assigned project. In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.

Requirements

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years

Nice To Haves

Demonstrated record of innovation and implementation of leading-generation CMOS or CCD-based sensors, from design through production and release phases.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Sensor test experience, preferably with high bandwidth low noise CMOS or CCD
Experience and knowledge of innovative CMOS/CCD sensor manufacturing, packaging, and testing processes
Project and vendor management skills
Camera system integration experience

Responsibilities

Test and characterization of sophisticated image sensors and cameras
Generating sensor test requirements
Developing engineering tests in Matlab/Python/LabVIEW/Excel
Integration and modification of sensor test fixtures
Collaborating with manufacturing partners
Verifying sensor performance and reliability, and integrating the camera sub-system
