About The Position

InnerVision Advanced Medical Imaging Center is seeking an Image Management Assistant. Unity Healthcare is a comprehensive, multi-specialty healthcare provider with offices throughout North Central Indiana. We have over 20 specialties, including an award-winning surgery center. Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Previous medical office experience required
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must have excellent multitasking, organizational, and computer skills
• High school diploma required
• CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Retrieve outside imaging studies and reports
• Upload and verify imaging studies in PACS
• Confirm all required images and reports are available before the radiologist's interpretation
• Ensure proper patient and examination within the imaging system
• Communicate with imaging centers, facilities, and internal teams as needed
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA standards
