About The Position
Our client is looking for an Engineer with a strong background in Image Analysis in the Life Science space to work on our client's precision analytic Client platform. This role is remote and is a contract engagement lasting 6 months with the possibility of extension.
Requirements
- PhD in Life Sciences
- 6+ years of Client/Data Engineering experience
- Extensive knowledge of multimodality imaging applications to preclinical imaging
- Extensive hands-on experiences in MRI, CT, PET, Optical and Ultrasound data acquisition
- Experiences in image analysis using image analysis software such as Amira, VivoQuant, MATLAB, etc.
- Strong skills in Python
- Demonstrated good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment
Nice To Haves
- Background in genetics
Responsibilities
- Develop automation of batch image analysis.
- Train models for deep image analysis.
