About The Position

The IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) Technician is responsible for providing hands-on desktop and endpoint support for clients enterprise IT environment. This role supports the deployment, installation, relocation, replacement, and decommissioning of end-user computing devices while delivering exceptional customer service to employees across corporate offices, production facilities, and operational locations. The technician will work closely with IT support teams, project managers, asset management, and business stakeholders to execute scheduled IMAC activities, technology refreshes, office moves, and hardware lifecycle projects. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and experienced working in fast-paced enterprise environments.
