About The Position

The In, Out, Moves, and Change (IMAC) Administrator supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will: Support the C2BMC Labs and Warfighter (CLAW) organization Responsible for timely processing of CLAW employee on and off-boarding. Perform Department of Defense (DoD) account management to include enclave account request processing. Be required to perform Tier I and II Windows client troubleshooting to include Help Desk operations. Support the completion of large-scale projects -- which will entail site surveys, asset management, and hardware/software installs. There will be on-call support, occasional off shift, extended hours, or weekend support requirements. Occasional local travel is necessary to support customer requirements and exercise support. The successful candidate will: Be willing to learn new technologies, adapt to new situations and short deadlines Be able to work with limited supervision Have a strong commitment to a team environment. Requirements

  • Must have 6, or more, months of related experience in business systems, operating systems, servers and/or experience in light programming, project management of small initiatives, and troubleshooting.
  • Must have Missile Defense Agency or Department of Defense Experience.
  • Must have experience with the CLAW Organization.
  • Must have an understanding of Active Directory, Group Policies, TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.
  • Must have a DoD 8570 approved IAT or IAM Level I Certification.
  • Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Have customer service experience
  • Have experience with Virtual Desktop Environment Support.
  • Have experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
  • Have experience with the Aspen Request For Service (RFS) system.
  • Have experience with Remedy and/or Service Now action request systems.
  • Have a degree in an IT or Engineering related discipline.
