The Release Train Engineer Internship supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will: Participate in all Scrum ceremonies: Including Daily Scrum (stand-up), Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective meetings. Assist with backlog refinement: Help break down user stories, estimate effort, and prioritize tasks. Work on tasks within a sprint: Contribute to development, testing, documentation, or design tasks as assigned by the team. Contribute to documentation: Help create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and other relevant documentation. Participate in continuous improvement efforts: Contribute to discussions and initiatives aimed at improving the team's processes and performance. The successful candidate will: Have excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Be able to work independently and as part of a team. Have strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
