About The Position
Seeking an IHSS Caregiver to assist with household tasks including cooking, cleaning, shopping, and transportation to medical appointments. The client is an independent older lady who requires some assistance with transfers. The client enjoys social interaction but also values quiet time. Assistance is needed during weekdays (mornings 7-9 am, evenings 4-8 pm) and for 8-hour shifts on weekdays and weekends. This role offers potential for additional hours through referrals to other IHSS clients.
Requirements
- Must have an IHSS provider number for Santa Cruz County
- Must have a reliable car
- Must have a valid California Driver’s License
- Must have some caregiving experience
