About The Position

The IFM Operations Manager will be responsible for leading onboarding and training programs for IFM Facility Managers and Technicians. This role involves maintaining process documentation, playbooks, training materials, and onboarding programs. The manager will provide coaching and operational support to field teams, ensuring compliance with various operational requirements such as overtime reporting, p-cards, preventive maintenance, refrigerant management, safety training, and management agreements. Key duties include managing communications, reminders, and deadline tracking, as well as developing and maintaining site/property repositories with essential facility information. The role also supports IFM resources, supplier information, and operational tools, conducts audits, and collaborates with service line leaders on performance feedback. A significant aspect of the role is analyzing operational metrics, identifying service gaps, and implementing corrective actions to drive best practices, innovation, efficiency improvements, and operational excellence. The manager will also work with the team to ensure Preventative Maintenance is programmed into the CMMS tool and executed according to plan and budget.

Responsibilities
