About The Position

This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations. HII designs, develops, integrates and manages the sensors, systems and other assets necessary to support integrated ISR operations and accelerated decision-making. HII Mission Technologies is seeking a skilled military veteran or IC Agency counterpart to support customer operations. This critical role serves a national intelligence agency in a complex, evolving program. As an Identity / Risk Management Field Operations specialist, you will enable technical and tactical operations by providing direct support to field operations in and around Honolulu, HI area. You must be able to work independently or in small teams, using discretion and demonstrating a high level of operational security. Under general direction from HII leadership, you will handle sensitive assignments to support national security objectives. You will anticipate future requirements, evaluate plans, and apply best practices to meet urgent operational needs. Your expertise will be essential in assessing feasibility, advising command leadership, and ensuring mission success. A thorough understanding of operational mission areas and relevant national security requirements is required. Will be responsible for the opening, closing and daily management of a 5,000–10,000 sf. Commercial facility. Prepares documentation to establish the range and depth of spares, tools, test equipment, and related manuals to be deployed and stocked.

Requirements

  • 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
  • 9+ years of special activities and enhanced operational security experience with a bachelor’s degree. Experience may be substituted for education.
  • 1+ year of demonstrable experience conducting facilities/logistics management of classified equipment, documents, and materials
  • Experience with various techniques applied to surveillance/counter-surveillance, risk management methodologies, special activities planning, enhanced operational security techniques, and field security measures.
  • Maintain knowledge of established risk management and OPSEC plans
  • Experience in determining the operational validity of existing enhanced operational security and risk management tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
  • Knowledge of ubiquitous technical surveillance, surveillance countermeasures, sensitive route planning, operational travel security measures, and sensitive material handling.
  • Experience within the Intelligence Community (IC), CCMDs (J2X/J3X), or federal law enforcement in the specialty areas of special activities, counterintelligence operations, clandestine HUMINT, physical support to cyber operations, or expeditionary SIGINT.
  • Experience constructing and executing surveillance detection routes, planning for countersurveillance, profile management, and managing special activities.
  • TS/SCI clearance w/CI Polygraph required

Nice To Haves

  • 13+ years of special activities, clandestine HUMINT, counterintelligence operations, SIGINT, All-Source Analysis, or advanced special operations techniques experience.
  • Successful completion of one of the following JCITA (or equivalent) courses: Fundamentals of Sensitive Support, traveler’s course, counter-surveillance/surveillance detection course
  • IC or military service special agent credentialing course
  • IC or military service counterintelligence special agent credentialing course
  • IC or military service Advanced Special Operations Techniques Level II or higher course
  • IC or military service clandestine HUMINT credentialing course
  • IC or military service training in SDRs/field tradecraft/enhanced operational security
  • ASOT Level 2+ qualified
  • Previously held military occupational specialties in fields of K13A, 18F, 18C, 35M, 35L, 0211, 0231, SOCS-H, SOCS-F, SOCS-I
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Engages with stakeholders to refine requirements, identify appropriate security measures, and optimize operational systems.
  • Develops innovative solutions for complex challenges. Leads small-scale projects, working groups, and operational initiatives.
  • Ensures high standards in documentation, reporting, and security procedures. Resolves program priorities through equipment troubleshooting while maintaining mission integrity.
  • Produces high-impact briefings, reports, and strategic insights as needed. Mentors and guides teammates to advance operational excellence and collaboration.
  • Manages Facility Functions: including task coordination, requirements execution, vendor contract review, maintenance, financial accounting, inventory, and logistics.
