The Identity Management Analyst, in conjunction with the Assistant Vice President of Risk Management and organizational business units, are responsible for the planning, building, delivery and support of the IAM (Identity and Access Management) program. The Identity Management Analyst will provide direction and guidance to the development, specifications, and communications of the IAM application. They will analyze and evaluate technology to identify business roles, application entitlements, and security controls, while ensuring compliance with credit union access policy, established standards, and regulatory guidelines. Works with multiple lines of business to determine application access suitability within security parameters. Evaluates system controls and protocols with the focus on modernization of the application security and maintaining appropriate privilege access for end users. Performs solution-based compliance activities (e.g., user access certifications, role maintenance, system validations, etc.); Collects and compiles historical data on system access for applications/systems and generates reports and analyses out of the IAM solution; As necessary, provide analysis to IAM stakeholders for information related to user accounts, access request management processes, and terminations. Completes any other job-related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization’s Values.
