About The Position

CACI has openings for Identity Intelligence (I2) /Network Targeting Analysts in Charlottesville, VA. In this position, you will support the Identity Intelligence Analytical Support (I2AS) program at the Army’s National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC). As a vital member of the I2AS team, you will provide rotational, deployed, embedded, and reach back support directly to SOF, developing targeting intelligence products while coordinating the support packages provided to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. You will assist in developing products that enhance SOF situational understanding of threat networks and enabling DoD, IA, and IC efforts focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks. While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates, answer requests for support from other SOF units, and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners. You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. A 6-Month Rotational Deployment is Required.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Minimum of 6 years of intelligence analysis with a focus on identities and/or networks, or 10 years without a degree.
  • Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) training as 31D, 311D, 35F, 350F, 35D, 18F, 180A or DoD joint service equivalent.
  • An understanding of intelligence requirements for both lethal and non-lethal targeting.
  • Familiarity with ICD standards for intelligence production and the ability to prepare target support products.
  • Knowledge of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle, and intelligence analytical techniques including trend and pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, link analysis and network or social network analysis.
  • Foundational understanding of the targeting tradecraft to incorporate trend and pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, network link diagrams and pattern of life (POL) analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting all-source Identity Intelligence-focused targeting analysis and producing intelligence products in support of global missions and customers.
  • Developing target packages to support network analysis in order to identify targets for lethal and / or non-lethal engagements.
  • Researching and analyzing to exploit key data sources such as operational traffic and all source intelligence databases to support target strategy development.
  • Providing joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements.
  • Providing analytical products that will provide decision makers with the appropriate information for target prioritization to achieve their objectives for plans and operations.
