About The Position

Leidos has a new and exciting opportunity for an Identity Intelligence Analyst in our Intel Sector's Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA) located in McLean, VA. Our talented team is at the forefront in Security Engineering, Computer Network Operations (CNO), Mission Software, Analytical Methods and Modeling, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Cryptographic Key Management.

Requirements

• Required TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Required U.S. Citizenship.
• Requires a Bachelor’s or Master's degree with 0+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to be flexible to perform a wide variety of tasks, change focus quickly, and adapt to meet mission requirements.
• Experience working with MS Office tools.
• Strong problem-solving, analytic, and written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately follow SOPs.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of IC organizations, policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Experience analyzing intelligence reports and cables.
• Experience working with IC databases.

Responsibilities

• Support watchlist or screening and vetting efforts.
• Receive, triage, review, and process terrorist information/nominations from diverse US Government agencies.
• Examine terrorism information from nominations to export following established criteria, standards, and policies.
• Make recommendations regarding the nomination and watch listing process.
• Support nomination QA/QC reviews.
• Screen and vet individuals traveling to the US by reviewing non-immigrant and immigrant Visa applicants against TIDE and other IC databases.
• Use appropriate tools and analytic tradecraft to evaluate, analyze, and integrate relevant identity information to reveal foreign traveler links to terrorism for the State Department adjudication and watch listing purposes.
• Use the call chain analysis process to determine relationships, patterns, trends, indicators, and warnings to identify and report CT intelligence gaps.
