Identity Governance and Administration Developer The Opportunity: We are seeking an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Developer who will be instrumental in deploying and managing the Saviynt IGA solution for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the integration and secure data exchange between our mission partners and VA's identity management systems. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in IGA solutions to lead our technical delivery team and bring value to our VA client. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with IAM tools and platforms such as Okta, Microsoft Identity Manager, Microsoft Active Directory Federation Service (ADFS), Entra ID, Ping Identity, SailPoint, ForgeRock, or CyberArk Identity
  • 4+ years of experience with Identity Federation where multiple identity stores exist
  • 2+ years of experience with application onboarding in Saviynt
  • Experience developing custom XML and Java code utilized for building workflows and automation, and developing and implementing workflows for joiner, mover, and leaver processes
  • Experience with certification and access requests
  • Experience with IAM technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, OIDC, OAuth, SAML, and PKI
  • Knowledge of IGA principles, Enterprise Directory architectures, defining and enforcing access control policies, and ensuring users have appropriate access based on roles and responsibilities
  • Ability to collaborate with teams proactively to address technology issues with applications, including infrastructure and code
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • HS diploma or GED

  • Experience working in an Agile delivery team
  • Experience presenting technical briefs to senior leadership
  • Knowledge of various Access Control Frameworks, including NIST 800-63
  • Ability to lead and coach technical staff
  • Possession of excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS or Software Engineering
  • Industry Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
