About The Position

As a Cybersecurity - Identity and Access Management - Manager, you will focus on confirming secure and efficient access to systems and data for employees and clients. Your work will involve designing and implementing strategies to protect sensitive information and manage user identities within our Technology Consulting practice. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style, motivating and developing your team to deliver quality results. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 4 years of experience
