About The Position

Assists in the daily administration and operation of the customer’s IAM solutions. Manages user accounts, troubleshoots access issues, and helps enforce access control policies. Works under the supervision of senior engineers to support technologies like Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
At least three (3) years of experience in IT systems administration.
At least one (1) year of experience working with identity management systems such as Active Directory
Basic knowledge of authentication protocols

Responsibilities

Daily administration and operation of IAM solutions
Manage user accounts
Troubleshoot access issues
Enforce access control policies
Support technologies like Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO)
