About The Position

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and CyberArk.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables) and Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience gathering business requirements and turning raw data into actionable insights.
• Expertise querying and automating Active Directory LDAP, including user-access reporting.
• Experience with Python and/or PowerShell scripting for process automation.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
• Demonstrated executive presence and strict attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with process automation/orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Azure AD environments.
• Background in developing automated identity solutions and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret identity and access data to support business operations and compliance initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements for identity and access requests.
• Build, deliver, and present accurate reports and interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
• Query, extract, and analyze data from SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), CyberArk, and Active Directory.
• Communicate complex data findings clearly and professionally to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership.
• Document reporting processes and provide concise, executive-ready summaries alongside data distributions.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive access data and interacting with leadership.
