About The Position

As a member of Betclic’s SecOps team within Defensive Security, the Identity & Access Management Lead will build and lead a cross-functional IAM capability from the ground up. The role will define the vision, establish foundational processes and coordinate the teams needed to manage identities and access across multiple environments and tenants, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and Okta. The role is responsible for assessing the current IAM landscape and setting the strategy, governance framework, target architecture and roadmap. It will lead end-to-end implementation of IAM and IGA solutions, workflows and controls, from design and integration through deployment and operational handover. The position also works with HR, IT, business and security stakeholders to establish identity lifecycle processes, access requirements, governance and continuous improvement. This is a permanent position available immediately in Bordeaux. A hybrid work model is offered; working remotely from another city may be possible depending on the candidate’s profile, with on-site presence required twice a month.

  • Proactive and adaptable, and comfortable building a new capability in an evolving technical and business context.
