About The Position

As an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst, you’ll play a key role in protecting our organization by ensuring the right people have the right access at the right time. This isn’t just about managing accounts; it’s about strengthening security, supporting the business, and helping us continuously improve how we manage identity and access across the organization. You’ll partner across IT, HR, and business teams, tackle complex access challenges, and help drive improvements in our IAM processes and tools. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology, MIS, CIS, Cybersecurity, or a related field—or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT support, identity management, or security-related roles
  • Experience managing user accounts, permissions, and authentication systems in a networked environment
  • Familiarity with identity lifecycle management processes.

  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory, group policies, and access controls
  • Experience with automation or scripting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and validating access requests, especially the more complex or higher-risk ones, making sure everything aligns with policy and truly reflects business need.
  • Overseeing the full identity lifecycle, from onboarding through role changes and terminations, ensuring access is both timely and appropriate.
  • Troubleshooting complex access or authentication issues and partnering with Engineering and Security teams to find the right solution.
  • Leading access reviews.
  • Supporting audit activities.
  • Identifying opportunities to tighten controls or improve processes.
  • Maturing the IAM program, helping refine role-based access models, improving workflows, and identifying opportunities for automation.
  • Collaborating closely with IT, HR, and business teams, and serving as a trusted resource when it comes to IAM best practices and guidance.
