Requirements

Two years of customer service experience is required.
TIPS trained (Training for Intervention Procedures).
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Communicates with a diverse range of customers, patrons and individuals.
Uses basic and advanced knowledge to detect fake or passed off identification to enter the venue.
Uses knowledge of fake or fraudulent identifications from various states.
Demonstrates knowledge regarding the sale and service of alcohol.
Identifies individuals whose identification supports that they are 21 years of age or older.
Sees and speaks clearly, listens attentively.
Solves problems actively and maintains a sense of urgency.
Performs other duties as assigned.
