About The Position

An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic healthcare team in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, delivering exceptional patient care. The position is a 12-week contract with night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Orientation includes 12 hours, with an additional 6 hours of non-billable orientation. The nurse must work every other weekend and holidays as needed, and be willing to float to other inpatient units, including Medical Surgical, Telemetry, and Intermediate Care Units. The expected start date is November 8th or any subsequent Monday. Credentials are due the Thursday before the start date.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of strong ICU experience.
• Experience with EPIC charting.
• Illinois RN License.
• BLS Certification.
• ACLS Certification.
• NIHSS Certification.
• New graduates are not accepted for this position.

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of ICU experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care in the ICU.
• Work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
• Work every other weekend and holidays as needed.
