About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast-paced medical intensive care unit (ICU), which consists of 30 beds. The ideal candidate should possess a robust clinical background, particularly in managing critically ill patients. The ICU serves a diverse patient population, including but not limited to: Sepsis, Heart Failure, Hypertensive Emergency, Respiratory Failure, COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease), Chronic Kidney Disease, Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, Alcohol Use/Awareness, Substance Abuse, Status Epilepticus, and Encephalopathy. This position is located in a city environment that supports a fast-paced and challenging healthcare setting. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of ICU nursing experience
• Proficient in managing patients on ventilators and various other medical devices
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications are required

• Providing high-quality care to critically ill patients in a dynamic environment
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitoring and assessing patient conditions, administering medications, and executing medical interventions
• Educating patients and families on their health conditions and treatment plans
