About The Position
Under the general direction of the Manager, Clinical Education, the ICU/PCU Nurse Educator is responsible for the planning, organization, and implementation of staff orientation, competencies, and education within the department. This role also acts as a resource for provider, patient, and family education, and supports and demonstrates the Mission, Vision, and Values of Kadlec Regional Medical Center. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor's Degree or in progress (to be completed within 5 years from date of hire into the position), from an accredited educational institution.
- Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- 2 years recent experience in area of specialty.
