About The Position

Coordinates and provides care utilizing the nursing process as the framework for clinical decision-making. Partners with patients and families to attain, maintain, and restore health whenever possible. Blends caring, compassion, knowledge, and integrity to provide safe, quality care while preserving patient autonomy, dignity, and rights. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• RN licensure.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• Computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Assesses the patient.

• Administers medications as prescribed.
• Provides health teaching and education to patients, families, and/or significant others.
