Our 10-bed ICU provides high-acuity, patient-centered care in a close-knit environment where teamwork and clinical excellence are essential. Nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:2 or 1:3 based on acuity, allowing nurses to deliver focused, hands-on critical care.
