About The Position

The Saint Francis Hospital New Graduate RN Residency Program is designed for soon-to-be and newly licensed RNs to build a strong clinical foundation, gain real-world experience, and grow alongside other new nurses. It offers hands-on preceptorship, NCLEX test prep and reimbursement, professional growth and development, and a supportive cohort environment within a culture of compassion, teamwork, and growth.

Requirements

• Graduating within the next 6 months or have obtained RN licensure within the last 6 months.
• Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.

Nice To Haves

• Recent acute care experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities
