About The Position

River Edge Behavioral Health is seeking an ICM Case Manager to provide a comprehensive range of paraprofessional social services to patients, clients, and their families across both the Bibb County and Baldwin County programs. This role involves active participation in treatment team planning, delivering crisis intervention, and assisting individuals with personal and social challenges. Responsibilities include providing supportive counseling, acting as a liaison for social services, coordinating case management activities, and facilitating group skills training to promote overall well-being.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of case management experience.
  • Two professional references from former employers (family members not accepted).
  • Successful completion of background clearance and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities
