About The Position
Gelati Celesti Ice Cream is growing and needs talented team members to join our West End location as a Scooper! We think we have the best job in the world-and we absolutely love what we do. We enjoy indulging in our ice cream as much as we do scooping it for others. With each scoop we serve, we offer up a sweet moment of joy for our customers. We're looking for people who possess a natural ability to connect with people, give a moment of joy to each and every customer, and who create an upbeat, friendly, and sincerely caring environment for customers.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability (daytime, nighttime, weekend, and holiday)
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Constant moving, bending, lifting, reaching and turning during all shifts
- Ability to reach and grasp with hands
- Ability to talk and hear from far away and in close proximity
- Ability to taste and smell
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel and crouch
- Ability to lift and move up to at least 30 pounds, but occasionally up to 50 pounds or more
Responsibilities
- Scoop ice cream for customers.
- Create an upbeat, friendly, and sincerely caring environment for customers.
