As the Process Optimization & Data Analytics Lead – Magnum Ice Cream, you will play a strategic and hands-on role driving data transformation, advanced analytics, and process excellence for Walmart, one of our most critical customers. This position ensures that our technology ecosystem and data capabilities enable business growth, operational resilience, and continuous innovation, all aligned with global IT and Ice Cream strategies. You will act as the bridge between business and technology, providing strategic direction and governance while rolling up your sleeves to pull, crunch, and analyze massive datasets that unlock insights and efficiencies. Requirements

  • Expertise in IT governance, risk management, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks.

  • Proficiency in English; Spanish and Portuguese are an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Modular Strategy Implementation: Develop and maintain automated processes and tools, including Alteryx and Databricks and Power BI that support modular strategy implementation, ensuring accuracy and accountability for every detail.
  • Data Mastery: Design and maintain automated workflows for data extraction, cleaning, and validation, enabling accurate and efficient analysis of large datasets to support modular strategy and process improvements
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary customer facing owner of tools and capabilities for the Captaincy, managing customer-facing interactions and internal alignment to ensure smooth workflows, timely delivery, and strong collaborative relationships.
  • Applied Analytics: Integrate advanced tools and platforms to create dynamic visualization and dashboards that transform complex data into actionable insights
  • Validation & Accuracy: Establish and maintain data integrity standards, leveraging automated checks and validation processes to ensure accuracy with regular audit checks to ensure compliance
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Approach challenges with creativity and resilience, turning obstacles into opportunities.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment while maintaining precision and quality.
