You’ll sharpen your skills as you research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, support, and equip the operational units and test organizations to interoperate with future systems elements. Requirements

15+ years of experience in ICBM operations and support roles across the strategic enterprise
Experience with ICBM operations System Training Plans
Experience in strategic planning and senior-level stakeholder engagement
Knowledge of the Air Force manpower process including accessions, skill level application, career vectoring, and allocation planning
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

Experience in key leadership roles, coordinating highly complex nuclear tasks, and team building
Experience developing operational requirements, manpower estimates, and resource planning
Experience with nuclear surety inspections, local evaluation requirements, and flight-, squadron-, and group-level roles and responsibilities
Possession of excellent verbal and written communications skills
Master’s degree
