Overview: ITility is seeking an experienced performance driven IC Talent Acquisition Manager for our PMO. This position is supporting a new government client and contingent on the contract award. This position will be located at our ITility headquarters in Chantilly. Requirements

  • A minimum of a current Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility; CI Poly Preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or equivalent certification.
  • A minimum of ten years of experience in talent acquisition and workforce management supporting IC agencies of similar scope and complexity to the requirements.
  • A minimum of ten years of experience in developing and implementing workforce analytics and performance metrics to assess hiring effectiveness, retention trends, and workforce planning outcomes
  • Work is typically performed in an office setting.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must have the ability to lift 15-25 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight to ensure the effective execution of workforce planning, recruitment, and retention.
  • The Talent Acquisition and Retention Manager shall be responsible for maintaining a qualified, cleared, and mission-ready workforce while ensuring compliance with security and personnel requirements.
  • Implement hiring and retention strategies, oversee contractor personnel, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • As a primary liaison with Government stakeholders, they address workforce concerns, mitigate risks, and align staffing solutions with evolving mission needs.
  • There may be other duties or special projects that fall outside the realm of this description that are needed to support the organization.
