About The Position

Rockland Trust is seeking an IBS Post Go Live Process Specialist for a Temporary Assignment supporting the successful transition and stabilization of the Integrated Banking System (IBS) following go‑live. This position plays a key role in the development, documentation, implementation, and support of post–go‑live processes throughout the structured 90‑day stabilization period, including activities associated with year‑end processing. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams and external service partners to ensure operational continuity, timely issue resolution, and adherence to established post‑implementation procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution and documentation of IBS post–go‑live processes, including stabilization, monitoring, and year‑end activities.
  • Assist with coordination, issue tracking, and reporting during the initial conversion stabilization period.
  • Provide administrative and process support throughout the extended stabilization window, including documentation updates and issue follow‑up.
  • Support user access provisioning, documentation, compliance requirements, and audit preparation.
  • Assist with ticket routing, triage documentation, and maintenance of knowledge‑base materials.
  • Track service requests and support documentation of customer‑service workflows and escalations.
  • Assist with reporting, process documentation, and coordination across service‑delivery functions.
  • Provide documentation and coordination support for delivery operations and supplier relationship management activities.
  • Support incident logging, tracking, and follow‑up within the RTC platform.
  • Assist with documentation and tracking of production change requests, approvals, and deployment activities.
  • Provide administrative support including meeting documentation, status reporting, and process updates.
