About The Position

This position is for an IBM Tririga/Maximo CAFM Developer/Facilities/Estate/Workplace Reservation Manager with experience in Tririga Projects, BIRT, and upgrade/migration. The role involves researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs, testing and evaluating new programs, and working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts. The primary focus will be on providing development and optimization services for the existing IBM Tririga/Maximo CAFM application, including creating and defining dimensions, rules, and processes to align with evolving agency requirements. The role also includes developing streamlined processes with the data model to enhance performance, supporting the upgrade of the IBM Tririga application through environment upgrades, planning and executing content migration with minimal business disruption, and managing the transition of upgrades. Additionally, the position involves developing, modifying, and supporting report writing with BIRT, and modifying existing Tririga components to improve agency processes, maintenance, and system efficiency.

Requirements

• 7 Required Experience as a Facilities Manager
• 5 Required Experience contracting on IBM Tririga/Maximo products for a minimum of 1 contract
• 4 Required Experience in Tririga Projects Version 10

• 3 Preferred Experience as a Workplace Reservation Manager
• 3 Preferred Experience as a Real Estate Manager

Responsibilities
