About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring an IBM MREF/TRIRIGA Developer to support the on-premises installation of IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities (MREF), formerly known as IBM TRIRIGA. This role requires expertise in TRIRIGA Application Platform, Business Objects, Business Processes, DataConnect Integration Objects, and an understanding of IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities on Maximo Application Suite. The developer will also need awareness of MREF as the successor to TRIRIGA and the migration path between them. Key functional modules include Space Management, Facilities Management, Real Estate and Lease Management, and Workplace Reservations/MREF Space Booking. Experience with HR Connector and Enterprise HR/MDM Platforms for employee synchronization, Microsoft Exchange and Outlook integration using Microsoft Graph API, and Enterprise Integration and API Platforms like Apigee are essential. The role involves working with TRIRIGA and MREF Data Models, Business Objects, Record types, and understanding cross-module relationships. Responsibilities include managing HR Data Flows, Facilities Management aspects like space planning and lease accounting, and Enterprise Integration Patterns such as scheduled synchronization, DataConnect integrations, MAS Integration Framework pipelines, and API-to-Business Object data feeds. Platform migration experience, specifically TRIRIGA-to-MREF transition planning, API migration, and connector migration, is also a key aspect of this role.
