Under minimal direction or supervision, the Sr. Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer will focus on building industry-standard IAM processes and deploying respective technologies that support business enablement, while aligning to our IAM mission to ensure the RIGHT access for the RIGHT resource at the RIGHT time for the RIGHT reason. Ensures that solutions protect information resources against unauthorized use, inappropriate degrees of access, disclosure, damage, and/or loss. The Analyst requires little or no supervision when troubleshooting and managing the resolution of issues related to identities, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions. Ensure the maintenance, patching, operating, and monitoring of IAM systems and solutions. Create and manage master trackers for monitoring progress and reporting of key metrics. Provide IAM product/solution training to business stakeholders and team members. Actively contributes to the results of a team and works towards achieving team goals and objectives. Work on problems of moderate-complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. This position exercises independent judgment and discretion in carrying out day-to-day support related activities. Follow department processes and procedures and may make recommendations to these processes. Actively contribute to the results of the IAM team and works towards achieving team goals and objectives. Collaborate between geographically dispersed teams (including offshore teams) and manage assigned deliverables. The Analyst performs complex design and analysis tasks related to the hospital business operations.
