About The Position

The IAM Operations Engineer will be responsible for performing provisioning, deprovisioning, and entitlement management across multiple platforms including Unix/Linux, Windows, databases, and Mainframe/RACF. This role involves resolving Level 2 identity management issues and collaborating with business partners to address access challenges. The engineer will also assist in improving deployment processes, tool usage, and maintaining operational procedures, while supporting large-scale Technology Operations deliverables and contributing to planning and issue resolution.

Requirements

Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD.
Knowledge of authentication standards (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SCIM).
Understanding of security frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX, PCI).
Experience with ServiceNow and internal tools (ART & AIMS) for ticket management and SLA adherence.
Ability to maintain high performance measured by volume, SLA compliance, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Manage identity lifecycle using IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD.
