About The Position

The IAM Integration Engineer Leads Deloitte’s engineering strategy and technical direction for the cleints identity, credential, and access management environment. This role aligns identity services, integrations, security controls, and modernization efforts with Zero Trust objectives and operational requirements. The IAM Integration Engineer works across stakeholders to define scalable target-state engineering, strengthen governance, and support secure access across enterprise platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years of experience in identity and access management, cybersecurity, or enterprise engineering
  • 5+ years of experience engineering or leading identity and access management solutions in complex enterprise environments
  • Experience with identity federation, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, privileged access management, and directory services
  • Experience engineering, creating technical roadmaps, and system integration
  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

  • Experience supporting federal government or public sector identity and access management programs
  • Experience aligning architecture decisions to Zero Trust frameworks or federal cybersecurity guidance
  • Experience with cloud identity platforms and hybrid identity integrations
  • Experience leading engineering reviews, technical governance forums, or design authorities
  • Experience with Identity Governance and Administration and Privileged Access Management implementations
  • Advanced degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or a technical field

Responsibilities

  • Leading engineering strategy for enterprise identity, credential, and access management capabilities in support of the clients mission and security objectives
  • Defining target-state ICAM Engineering, integration patterns, and technical standards across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
  • Guiding modernization initiatives that align identity services and access controls with Zero Trust principles and federal security requirements
  • Partnering with other engineers, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and program stakeholders to evaluate requirements, resolve architectural issues, and support implementation decisions
  • Overseeing architectural governance, technical roadmaps, and solution reviews to improve scalability, interoperability, and operational performance
