Requirements

  • Proven expertise in Identity and Access Management within complex technical environments
  • Extensive experience with modern cloud and workplace platforms
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability across large-scale systems
  • Demonstrated ability to design and support scalable technical solutions
  • Experience working with automation and infrastructure-as-code tooling
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Solid understanding of security best practices in cloud environments
  • Ability to adapt quickly and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Must hold valid right to work in United States

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900)
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
  • AWS Certified Administrator
  • Additional certifications aligned with the Pax8 technology stack are advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Solve advanced identity challenges: Act as a senior escalation point, diagnosing complex IAM and system issues while ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Design and enhance identity solutions: Drive improvements across identity platforms, access management frameworks, and cloud-based services
  • Maintain secure and reliable systems: Ensure uptime and performance through monitoring, automation, patching, and access control best practices
  • Lead incident response: Own critical incidents, triaging effectively and restoring service while identifying long-term improvements
  • Strengthen knowledge and automation: Develop documentation, SOPs, and automation scripts to improve consistency and efficiency
  • Support growth and mentorship: Share knowledge, guide team members, and continuously build your own expertise through learning and development
